Returns and refunds


You can return your purchase for a exchange your item for another model or size or for a refund in case you are not satisfied, within a 7 day delay from the date you received your package.

According to our terms and conditions, any customized, worn or dirty item cannot be returned or refunded.

If you wish to return an article please let us know in advance by email at info@retrofootball.co.uk . Please read in detail the conditions below.

Customers outside the European Union will be responsible for any extra customs charges both for receiving the purchased goods, for exchanges or returns.

Returns for exchange: If you wish to exchange an item you can send the product back to Retrofootball to be replaced by a different one, same price or higher. To do so you must send an e-mail within 7 working days from the receipt of the product. Please note it is your responsibility to pay for your shipment to Retrofootball® as well as the price difference if there is any. The product must be returned with a copy of the delivery note in new and unused condition with the original packaging and the tags still attached. Please note that the return of the item is your responsibility, so we recommend that you use a service where you can track the package. Retrofootball is responsible for the second shipment to the client. 

Refunds: We will refund goods you are not happy with provided you notice in advance by e-mail within 7 days from the receipt of the goods. The client will pay the return postage and will get the refund of the returned product excluding the dispatch cost. As in all the above cases, the product must be returned promptly to us and received in new and unused condition with all original packaging and tags together with a copy of the delivery note or receipt.  Please note that the return of the item is your responsibility, so we recommend that you use a service where you can track the package.

If you are not satisfied: Retrofootball guaranties the highest product and service quality, however if we have sent out the incorrect item by mistake or if the product unlikely presents some fault you would receive the product requested without extra cost. All products returned must be new and unused with the original wrapping and the tags still attached and a copy of the receipt or delivery note. You must give notice by e-mail within a period of 7 days.
